Who We Are

Underlume is an online intimates retailer based at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We sell bras, underwear, shapewear and lingerie manufactured by third-party brands, alongside our own label, bareform. The brand of each item is identified on its product page. Underlume is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of any third-party brand unless expressly stated.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this site.

Use of Our Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display will be exact. Product descriptions, specifications and images are supplied by the relevant brand or supplier.

Orders, Payment & Sales Tax

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized activity. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and return terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard US delivery takes 4-7 business days after processing. You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange an item in good, sanitary condition; items marked Final Sale and intimate apparel with the hygienic liner removed cannot be accepted.

Intellectual Property

The Underlume name and logo, and the original text, design and layout of this site, are the property of Underlume. All third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, product names and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes only.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Wyoming and US law, Underlume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

Governing Law & Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
