Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@underlume.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order for any reason — worn, washed, whatever. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@underlume.com with your order number and we'll send instructions plus a free return shipping label for US orders.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
Sizing
What sizes does Underlume carry?
We carry sizes XS through 4X across our core styles. Use our Fit Finder quiz on any collection page to get a personalized size recommendation, or check the Size Guide on each product page.
What if I'm between sizes?
We generally recommend sizing up for the softest, most relaxed fit, or sizing down for a snugger, more supportive fit — the Fit Finder quiz will ask about your preference.

What are your products made from?
Our fabrics are soft, breathable blends designed to move with your body. Full fabric details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my Underlume pieces?
We recommend a gentle cold-water wash and laying flat to dry to keep fabrics soft and supportive for longer. Check the care label on your item for specifics.
