About Underlume

Who is Underlume?
Underlume is an online intimates retailer based in the United States. We curate bras, underwear, shapewear and lingerie from a range of third-party brands, alongside our own label, bareform. The brand of each item is listed on its product page.

Orders

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@underlume.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order. Items must be returned in good, sanitary condition. For hygiene reasons, items marked Final Sale and intimate apparel with the hygienic liner removed cannot be accepted. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.

How do I start a return?
Email support@underlume.com with your order number and we'll send instructions plus a free return shipping label for US orders.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Sizing

What sizes does Underlume carry?
Available sizes vary by brand and style. The full size range for each item is listed on its product page, along with a size guide where the brand provides one.

What if I'm between sizes?
We generally recommend sizing up for a softer, more relaxed fit, or sizing down for a snugger, more supportive fit. Check the size guide on the individual product page, as sizing differs between brands.

Products & Care

What are your products made from?
Fabric composition varies by brand and style. Full material details are listed on each product page as supplied by the brand.

How do I care for my items?
We generally recommend a gentle cold-water wash and laying flat to dry. Always check the care label on your item, as instructions vary by brand.
