60-Day Returns

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order for any reason — worn, washed, whatever. If it's not the most comfortable thing you own, send it back.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@underlume.com with your order number to start a return or exchange. We'll provide instructions and, for US orders, a free return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know when you start your return and we'll ship your exchange as soon as the original item is on its way back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@underlume.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
